Gartcarron Fire Engineering, is a Scottish registered company, incorporated in October 2010. Based in Stirling we offer a national and international service.
A wide range of services are on offer relating to Fire Safety during the design and build stage of buildings and the completion of Fire Risk Assessments for larger building and Historic Buildings.
Operating on a UK wide basis for all aspects of fire safety, and internationally for Fire Engineering designs.
Our size allows us to respond quickly to changes in regulations whilst maintaining our ability to provide a friendly professional approach to our clients.
Company ethos is based upon the concept of getting the correct solution for any proposal, first-time every time.

Company Personnel
Managing Director Sandy Killbourn
Our Managing Director, Sandy Killbourn, is an ex local authority fire officer with over 31 years experience in the fire service, twenty three years front line fire safety management.
This experience has been built-up through the compiling and inspection of fire certificates under the Fire Precautions Act 1971 and subsequently the auditing of Fire Risk Assessments under the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005.
He has a BSc (Hons) degree in Fire Risk Engineering, and has been the lead officer for the local fire service, in conjunction with building standard’s verifiers, in the approval of numerous proposals requiring fire engineered solutions.
Gartcarron Fire Engineering has a team of fire safety specialists, with over 75 years experience within the fire safety environment. They include graduates in Fire Engineering to ex fire safety officers dealing with Fire Risk Assessments.
We are ready to respond to our clients needs.
