Fire Safety Strategy

Our modern approach to fire safety is based upon the Risk Assessment principle and the use of performance based criteria, thus allowing us to be flexible in our solutions. Therefore the expectations of architects and their clients to be fully met. These solutions are principally applied to new build or the refurbishment / remodelling of older buildings.

We see our niche area as those involving Historic Buildings undergoing a change of use or being renovated, where achieving compliance with current building regulations is difficult or impossible without destroying the very character of the building.

As we do not sell fire safety hardware and therefore any advice and guidance is impartial and unbiased which ensures the interests of our clients come first.
